Lindsey K. Janklow is a fourth-generation attorney from Sioux Falls, South Dakota.  She attended the University of South Dakota for her undergraduate studies and received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice. During her time at USD, Lindsey was the President of the Criminal Justice Club and interned at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of South Dakota. She then obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of South Dakota School of Law in Vermillion, South Dakota, where she was the President of the UJS Helpline – a program dedicated to assisting pro se litigants.

Lindsey’s passions include advocating for those with disabilities and fighting for the rights of vulnerable individuals. In 2019, Lindsey’s advocating led to autism insurance reform bills that were brought before the South Dakota Legislature. She serves as the Vice President of the Yaks Gives Back Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting inclusivity and employment opportunity for individuals of all abilities.
